New Classes Starting 27th Feb

After half term we are starting two new classes, Women’s Fitness Circuits and Karate for the over 55’s.

Women’s Fitness Circuits are a kickboxing based fitness circuit, with different exercises to improve general fitness.

The classes will run on a Tuesday and Thursday morning from 9:30 to 10:30.

On a Tuesday will are also running a Karate class for the over 55’s. This will be a traditional karate class that will allow people to train at their own pace. We welcome people with any level of fitness and also complete beginners. This karate class will run from 10:30 to 11:30am.
